Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in New Zealand to both Urban and Rural locations. Orders will be sent by CourierPost, NZ Couriers or NZPost.

How long does an order take to arrive? 

 Some will be shipped overnight but please allow 2-4 working days.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

A standard Freight Charge of $10 will apply on your purchase.

Returns

Please note the following conditions apply:

1)  If the item is faulty we will replace or refund if necessary (including shipping) as per the Consumer Guarantees Act
2)  If you need to swap sizes or colours please phone first to ensure we have a replacement available. 
3) You need to notify Adzano by phone or email within 2 days from the date you receive that you wish to return your purchase
4)  Items need to be sent via a track-and-trace method. Adzano will take no responsibility for items lost in the returning process
5) The customer has to cover the shipping cost on returning or exchanging items.
6) All items must be in the original condition, un-used, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags/packaging in place. You also need to provide us with your receipt that will be included in the parcel.

Please Note:

If we are in Sale no credits, refunds or exchanges will be made on any sale item unless faulty.

Steps when Returning or Exchanging an Item:
